I contacted Jazz twice this year - once to fix a rattling noise with my AC and another time for preventive maintenance on my heater furnace. From the person who answers the phone to the technicians who came over, I’ve been very impressed to their very courteous manner as well as their technical expertise. The technicians were very methodical in their work and also patiently answered my questions about the AC and heater internals. The technician who came to fix my heater was also very careful about putting on shoe covers inside my home and was very respectful. I highly recommend Jazz heating and AC
Their bid for our new furnace was extremely competitive and lower priced than the other vendor we were working with. They installed on time and were very clean and professional. There was an issue with our thermostats and they came back the following day at no extra charge to make it right. Highly recommend Jazz!
We live in Oakland. Our forced air heater connected to a Nest thermostat stopped working. The heater is nearly 20 years old. I called 3 yelp recommendations last night and Jazz was the first and only(as of noon today) to call back. They scheduled an appointment before noon and Ravi our technician showed up right on time. He diagnosed the problem as a clogged water pump(high efficiency heater) and had it fixed pronto. He changed my air filter(I had one on hand). He was matter of fact, knowledgeable and honest. He only charged the minimum for an evaluation($99). I highly recommend these guys!

Very responsive and fair with their quotes. They worked on our older home which needed vents and a new furnace and gave us options and explained what things would cost. I also loved that they were great with pets. We didn't have any attempted escapes with the foster dogs who were visiting.
