The level of service provided was amazing. The technician was professional and very informative regarding the issue. The technician educated us on how the problem occurred to prevent it from happening again. He also advised us in how to troubleshoot the issue independently prior to requesting service. I would recommend this company to anyone having plumbing issues. Hands down it was the best experience even during a very hectic time.

After horrible experience with another company, Drain Masters (specifically, our technician, Ryan) was a breath of fresh air. Courteous, professional, prompt, and expeditious are just a few of the first things to come to mind with regards to my experience with Drain Masters. Highly recommended to anyone in the service area! Probably the most professional plumbing company I have ever dealt with. These guys are pretty great. It's a nice change of pace to have a plumber that won't try to rip you off or squeeze more money out of you. Not to mention they are knowledgeable in the trade itself. I will definitely be using these guys again.

While I was deployed we had a tub leak upstairs, the home warranty folks sent one guy out after they messed up our appointment with Drain Masters and after one visit we refused to allow him back in our house(Thomas's ) And requested Drain Masters based on their BBB rating(A). One quick fix and my wife was able to relax. Ryan was our tech and I am very grateful for getting things squared away, wife is happy and so am I, thanks for helping out when I couldn't!! Highly recommended!

The associate we dealt with, Ryan, was contracted to examine a leaking water heater by our home warranty company. While the warranty company declined to cover the replacement because of a missing, non-required part, (not Ryan or Drain Masters’ fault by any means), he was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. We will be cancelling the home warranty but happily call Drain Masters for future service because of our excellent experience with them today.
