Artis Septic Tank Cleaning Services

Called and scheduled to have my septic tank pumped on a Wednesday of next week.They told me they would be there between 12 and 2 pm to pump it out. They called me at 2 and told me they would have to reschedule because they had emergencies and wouldn't get to me that day. I said my husband was off today and that is why I scheduled to do it this day. I said fine and I asked if someone had to be home to do this. She told me no. I could leave the check for the driver and he would leave me an invoice. So I told her where I would leave the check and she said they would be by tomorrow because they had another one scheduled in Chesapeake that day too. Thursday came and no call. No one showed up. I called and left them a message to please call me back and let me know what was going on. Friday comes no call and no one showed up. I called them again on Friday and again left a message for someone to call me. It is Monday and I still haven't received a phone call. I understand businesses can have emergencies. I don't like to do reviews unless a company has done an outstanding job and I feel that they should get a great review. I know people get mad and don't understand how businesses have to work around things. I work in an automotive repair shop. At least have the decency to CALL a customer and let them know what is going on. EXTREMELY POOR customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

As cargiver for 86 yr. old Mom...having plumbing/septic tank problems was annoying and unacceptable. Mr. Artis not only took care of the problem; but on an extremely hectic/busy weekend. He was efficient, friendly and informative. I cannot thank him enough...nor can my Mom. He was a God Send. Stephanie...who answered my call was so helpful, caring and kind. Is great to be reminded of the wonderful people out there and those who are willing to work with you, for you and not take advantage. I would highly recommend Z.
