We have done business with JF Whitlow for almost 20 years. Last year at Christmas a tech came out in 20 weather and 3 feet of snow to our heat on. Just too weeks ago the same Tech diagnosed our ac not working, he didn't have too but he came back on his day off to fix it. Thanks Tony your the best.

J.F. Whitlow is a great company all around, in all departments. They are very professional and they have great rates for quality work. Everyone is very nice and explains everything they're doing to ensure customer satisfaction. I love supporting local, family owned businesses and I will use them for every plumbing or HVAC problem I have from here on out.

Sharon was great! I was having an issue with my warranty company and she was on the phone with them just as I was to try to get hot water restored to my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone. From what I have seen, they will go above and beyond to satisfy, even if it's a warranty claim.

Indeed one of the worse companies I have had to deal with. Had my warranty company receive a written estimate from them but when I called to receive the same estimate they were giving me the run around as I wanted to see in full detail of what they were charging for and had me wait for almost 2 weeks and still have not received the full estimate. So I had another company do the job for almost 75% less than what they had quoted which was $1,200 and when I called again to see the price breakdown and job description Theresa said she felt insulted because her technician said that the issue was already fix. I wouldn't reccomend them for NOTHING!!! The WORSE customer service ever !!
