I cannot say enough about how helpful and courteous they were! Earl is beyond fantastic, he not only knew what I needed and supplied it he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure I was able to finish my project (I was looking for an obsolete part that isn’t made anymore) he actually ended up fabricating something that worked perfectly and I can say he’s a true expert. All the gentleman here were very customer centric and helpful. If you need anything plumbing related and may need some help this is absolutely the place! Thank you again Earl! I’d still be without water in my home if it wasn’t for all your help!

Went there today for a flapper for my TOTO toilet tank, Melvin got it for me and told me how to install it. Fast, knowledgeable staff, and helpful. I had been to Ferguson's on Monticello 3 times: 1st two times was with an associate who shouldn't be working there, 3rd time, different associate tells me they don't carry TOTO parts.

These gentlemen are awesome. They are helpful and honest. They do not let you waste money on things you don’t need for a job. This is the place where Plummer’s go to pick up parts and advice.
