Very knowledgeable, prompt and clean service.

Very Rude when answered the phone and not very interested in installing a water heater. They were great, but the last couple of times I called, got the same attitude. Poor and unprofessional .

Crooks! My home warranty service called them on Friday. They showed up and said the water heater was still under warranty and they would get the part. On Tuesday P.M they let me know that the part will take one week to come from Rheem (the water heater manufacturer) and rather than have me suffer without any hot water, they will install a new water heater. I called another plumber who is not part of the home warranty program, he came and fixed the problem in one hour and charged me $280. These people are dishonest and they made me suffer with no hot water for over 5 days. Hope they go out of business!

Could not find what I was looking for.

From the first phone call until the work was completed, I was very happy with the whole crew at Downey Plumbing. It was professional, efficient, reasonably priced and I like knowing I have a warrantied repair from a reputable company that's been in the community for a long time. I like knowing where to find someone later on if I need further help with this or another repair. Thanks DP!
