If you ever imagined if it would be possible to find a plumber who is professional, an expert in their trade, courteous, and cost-efficient, it is. I am super impressed with MJW Plumbing and its owner Mike. From the first call to the finish line (replacement of a hot water heater and some related piping), Mike delivered every step of the way. I appreciated the transparency he provided in describing the work that needed to be done, the process to finish the work, and the related costs. There were no surprises at any point, which makes MJW unique. Many thanks to Mike and his team for a job very well done.

We needed a new sump pump system and I gave MJW plumbing a call on a Sunday morning. A few hours later, we had a brand new sump pump system. Very impressed by the responsiveness and the same day service, especially on the weekend. The work was done professionally and efficiently and Michael couldn’t be a nicer person. Highly recommend.

Mike did an amazing job replacing my water heater. I submitted a quote shortly before 9 PM one evening, and he got back to me within minutes. Soon we were texting and I was sending him pictures of the situation. He was able to assess and give me an estimate that way, rather than me having to take off work so he could come to the house. That was a huge help for me. He was thoughtful about considering what could’ve caused the problem, relying on his experience with other homes in the area. His price was far better than others had quoted. He was able to come to my house within a day or two and complete the work. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely reach out to him again.

Michael is quick to respond and does a great job. He is fair and conscientious. Happy with my two new faucet installations. Glad I checked the reviews and having him come back to install a new toilet soon!
