Hansen Plumbing

After 3 trips to our home, the problem still exist. Leaking pipes under the sink. One star because they did stop one pipe from leaking (but this was on the second trip). The next 2 times they came, they were rushing (less than 20 minutes each time). We called and reported pipes continue to leak. Asked receptionist to report to plumbing supervisor. Asked her to tell the supervisor to send someone else to fix the leaking pipes. That was 2 days ago. NO response! Were the young guys polite? Yes, but polite didn't stop the pipes from leaking. Needless to say, I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Great customer service - awesome experience. The appointment ended up being a little earlier than scheduled, but Donnie was a great communicator and was very helpful!! Job well done by all involved- will definitely be my first call next time services are needed!

Called and scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. Cleared this with my job to be off. Got a call at 10:43 AM stating my appointment will need to be moved to the afternoon. I pretty much had to cancel work for the day to wait on Hansen plumbing. I waited a few hours and no one has called or showed up. I called at 3PM and got "They are still gonna come and see you as planned." Called again at 6:28 PM and got "they are still out working and gonna get to you. " I would be a damn fool to believe that. This experience showed me that Hansen plumbing is not dependable and has poor follow-up for notifying the customer if the job can/can not be performed. I hope this review helps the next consumer make a more informed decision when choosing a plumbing company.
