All Star Septic: If your place has a septic system then read on. All Star damaged my property with their pump truck, but accidents do happen. I contacted the owner, Chris Boucher, and after a long conversation, he promised to fix the broken item. He did, but it was a very poor job. In the end, it was not worth the hassle of taking him to court. Not for a couple of hundred of dollars. The topper was when he left the wife with 'custom' septic bacteria (available at Home Depot) for 5x what it was worth. She thought it was part of the service. When I read the bill, we were charged $50.00 for what would cost $10 at the hardware store. He also tried to sell an expensive, plastic manhole to cover the buried septic tank. Thank God she did not fall for that one. Why you would want to view an ugly plastic manhole cover in you yard rather than keeping it buried with sod is truly beyond me. Hire at your own risk.

Had lingering septic problems at a small rental house on the farm. Tree roots had grown into the system that probably goes back 50 years. Had the trees cut down, located the tank and then found All Star Septic to pump the tank and lay a new line from the house to the tank. Chris did a great job and made it easy on me. Price was fair for each of us, and he finished the job by seeding and strawing the area that had been trenched. It's a thankless job operating a "honey wagon," and I am most grateful to Chris and All Star Septic for helping me solve those issues.

My parents used this company.. I was on site while the work was performed. The owner was very arrogant and bossy to his helper whom seemed to be the only one doing any work. The owner would simply give demands and expect one man to keep up with work that seemed to need at least 1-2 more people. I feel sorry for the man who was doing all the work. I sure hope his pay is very high because without him this company would truly struggle to make it.

Chris the owner was great to work with. I needed a septic co. to inspect the property I was buying he showed up on time very Thorough job his man used a state-of-the-art camera inspection system Very professional I would highly recommend them .
