As a retirement community we have been waiting for 3 summers to get the septic here repaired/replaced. We have been told by the new owners of the park that AC Septic has been paid half the funds up front, they also said as soon as the ground has had 3 weeks of dry weather AC Septic said they would be here to begin work. We'll folks this is 7 weeks past that and we Still wait. Thus the 1 star rating which would be ZERO however that rating is unavailable. Bonanza Mobile Park Resident Pollock Pines California
