Does good work BUT he adds on services while you're thinking there is no charge for them and he makes no mention of costs. When he was finished he charged hundreds of dollars more than expected. Do not be fooled by his advertising of a flat rate. If you use him get a firm price on every little thing he does. Better yet, get another plumber who charges by the hour and for each item. GET A WRITTEN ITEMIZED ESTIMATE BEFORE ANYTHING IS DONE.
