Both technicians were very nice, polite and courteous and resolved the plumbing issue we had promptly. They showed up on time, gave us the 30 mins call prior as we had requested. Everything happened as we had asked and planned in a smooth and professional manner which can be rare and hard to find. I used them through my AHS home warranty and will use them again. The lady on the phone was also very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend their services.
Terry has done work for me more than once. It was on time and on budget. He even fixed the stuff I had broken without laughing at me.
