DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! They were contracted through my home warranty company not myself for my rental property. I paid my portion which was the $60 service call fee. They came out, provided an estimate and we politely declined. Repairs were NEVER made to my homeboy them; another contractor provided service and repairs. 11 months later they are trying to sue me (Choice Home warranty is who the agreement was with, NOT ME) for work that was NEVER DONE. THESE CONTRACTORS NEED TO DO MORE RESEARCH and UNDERSTAND THE DETAILS BEFORE THEY SIGNUP AND AGREE TO DO WORK FOR HOME WARRANTY COMPANIES AND OTHER ALIKE.

Jackson has performed two jobs for me. They replaced an HVAC system in one of my rental properties, and he repaired my air conditioner in my own home. Both jobs were done quickly and professionally. Great company, great job. I hope I never need the repair service again, but if I do I am happy to know SJ Conner and Sons will be there for me.
Horrible company to work with. Scheduled between 11-3 today and never showed up, when calling the office to check in, the person who answers states she has no access to the schedule and cannot even tell you if someone will be coming. Very rude and inconsiderate.
The worst outfit we've ever dealt with. They came in Sept as we had water backing up in a drain in the basement. Worker told us it was a problem from an old washer drain and he couldn't fix it. They left and brought back something and poured in our drain, 'hope this will fix it' Said they snaked two drains, I didn't see it so I can't dispute that We received a bill for over $400. We called immediately to dispute the bill admitting we owed them something. No call back. We have called since no call back. The company calls every few weeks demanding money promising to have someone call to discuss bill, no call back. Yesterday, we received another bill with a summons to court. Out of frustration we paid the full amount and court costs. Still not sure if we have to go to court. These people should be ashamed. Don't ever contact these people unless you have a heavy checkbook and are ok with being taken advantage of. No way to run a business.
