Called Art for appointment to correct a few home inspection items that turned up. Needed prompt attention before closing on sale on May 23rd. He and his very capable assistant made time for us the same day!!! The work was done so quickly yet to perfection and at a very fair price. We found a plumbing treasure, just in time to move out of state. We are hoping he'll consider moving to South Carolina. But in case he doesn't, people in his service area are certainly blessed to have him available. He will be highly recommended to our neighbors and the new owners of our home.
