Rich was on time and was very polite. He explained every aspect of the job that he was doing and also explained in depth the reasons why he was doing this job a certain way. In short, he was the consummate professional of his job. He was very neat and cleaned up everything when he finished. I have rarely seen such outstanding work. Kudos to Mr. Rich Peterson!!!

The technicians were great and responded on time. The charge was over $400. to diagnose only, they left and emailed me two days later with a $1700 charge to replace lines with no guarantee the unit was leaking in that area. They also left my folks with a 105 degree weather and no relief. Another heating company came out charged the line and gave immediate relief with the idea of diagnosing more thoroughly.

Extremely professional company. Tony J., Mason B., and Kevin G. came out to install a new upstairs AC unit for us. Everyone was very nice and they made sure to explain everything to me before and after installation. I would highly recommend this company.

Great company to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees. Preston was able to describe everything we needed to get our problem fixed ASAP (and at an awesome price) while other companies were trying to screw us around. Preston was able to come out next day on both occasions (and usually right in the morning) which is amazing. Will definitely be utilizing their services in the future. Thank you!

Rich was very professional and courteous during the service and installation of my water heater. He took the time to review with me the work he completed by SHOWING me what he did. Most people talk to you by reviewing a piece of paper. I would recommend his service to anyone. He did the job quickly and I greatly appreciated it.
