We had an issue with our 25 year old water heater. Called Richard Crouch on Thanksgiving Day to replace the leaking unit. He came the very next day. The job was done in less than an hour! This is not the first time we have contacted Rich to help us with a plumbing problem. We always get great results, our questions answered in a clear no-nonsense manner. The charges for the work are very reasonable. Totally professional in a very friendly manner.

Terrible people. Asked a very simple yes/no question, and they couldn't even answer it without being rude. Highly recommend avoiding this place.
