Called them out due to a burning smell coming from our vents. Mike was at my house in 20 minutes. Ended up replacing the blower motor, then instead of fixing the issue and leaving-Mike investigated the issue. He found I had 3 times more air leaving the vents than returning air circulating through the system and gave us an inexpensive solution to fix this. Our system works better, runs less, and doesn't cost near as much to use. We have all electric heat and in the winters past couldn't keep the house warmer than 65. After Mike helped us identify the issue, I can keep myself and my young kids warm all winter long.
