He said he fixed my toilet. It started leaking again one week later. I tried to get back in touch with him for three weeks straight. He did not get back to me. I would recommend someone else.
Troy is a good plumber if you can get him to show up. Waited almost 7 months in 2016 to get a large job done...kept promising he would take care of it...never did & so we finally had to find someone else. Long story but this year (2017) we tried again...promised for a week to show up and never did...waited around day after day even after speaking with him..(so strange) A complete waste of time and money for us (this is for a second home that is very far away). We hired a new plumber that actually cares & is professional. Making promises like this and not following through is not acceptable and completely unprofessional.
Troy is the Man with the Plan like Nobody Can. He answers the phone and comes out immediately if necessary. He is very professional in every way. We highly recommend Troy.
I give 5 stars....I have had great results in the past. Only problem now is I think he may have moved out of the area because they wont return my calls. I had an over $2K replumb job I though he was going to come do but cant get a return call. The job still is available if they want it.
Troy Hall is an excellent plumber and an even better person. He came out on short notice to fix a plumbing problem I had and did an outstanding job and was very fair on pricing. I would recommend Troy to anyone, he does outstanding work.
