Excellent service very professional good rates

I called this Roto Rooter location yesterday morning around 9:30 a.m. . The lady answered the phone very loudly with a "HELLO", and it sounded like she did not want to talk to anyone, at least that was the impression I got from her tone of voice. I then give her my information and she said she would get back to me. I have not heard anything in 24 hours, and after reading the reviews here, I think I will just move on and find someone else to do the drain cleaning that I need.

Called around 7pm after checking that they’re a 24 hr service. Lady just yells hello real loud in the phone and doesn’t want to really confirm if I called roto-rooter. After I asked several basic questions she stated that she doesn’t even have a plumber on call for the evening and starts yelling all work after 5pm is time and a half. What a joke! Called another local plumber and happened to catch him on his way home. He stops and fixes my problem in 30 minutes and charged me $50 bucks!!!

Roto Rooter can do some plumbing pretty well especially cleaning out drains much cheaper than other plumbers. I'll probably call them more often in the future, but I didn't realize they could do faucets (according to their website). On the other hand I might not call them as much as I finally figured out how to do faucets myself (after calling another plumbing company that was outrageously expensive - My Plumber - they do a nice job but charge approximately 5X more than I want to pay and so I figured out finally how to fix leaky faucets myself. Sorry plumbers -
