Doug Parks & Son Plumbing

The water supply line to my toilet started leaking and the water shut off valve would not completely close to turn the water to that toilet off, both issues are covered under my home warranty policy. I called my insurance company on a Thursday afternoon to report and get a plumber out to the house for this quick and easy fix. The job was assigned to their vendor Doug Parks and Sons that same day and by Saturday I hadn't received a phone call to schedule an appointment time for the technician to come out to my home for the repair so I called their office and left a detailed message. By the following Tuesday I hadn't received a call back and called and reported the problem to my insurance company who assigned the job to another plumbing company.
