Needed a commercial toilet in my store replaced. They were going to be here today between 10-12. Now telling me they require 50% down and won't do it without. I am the store manager and dont have access to company money! They said they would call me and let me know, never did. They just didnt show up! So I went with someone else. Bad customer service!

We had several slow leaks due to oxidized pipes. Quick response on the phone, quote was straight forward enough - a little higher than we initially expected, but overall happy with service. Crew of 4 came out for 12 hours to handle the job. They were very thorough in inspecting additional issues that could potentially arise down the line, provided additional quotes for future with no commitment required. The work is good, looks clean. There was a minor leak (dribble) coming from one of the joints on a replacement pipe which sprung about 1 hour after they left. I reached out around midnight and they committed to coming out in the morning to fix it given the low severity. They were prompt and got it fixed without any hassle. Good communication from the team, and respectful.

Highly recommend! What I thought was a small problem was a much bigger issue. They stayed late into the evening to get it fixed and I haven't had a problem since. Techs were all professional and price was fair. Great group to work with.
