Guys that showed up were very detailed about the job and very courteous. They acted professional and the billing was detailed about their services if needed I will call them again first.
Employee threatening to beat people up in the parking lot and the business next door. if they are aggressive in their own parking lot imagine how aggressive they will be in your own home. Seems like they hire convicts straight out of prison. I highly recommend you did not hire Roto-Rooter from this area as they are untrustworthy and possibly criminal.

Waaaaay overpriced and they refuse to provide a receipt. This was for my company and I cannot get reimbursed without the receipt. Horrible people and a horrible way to do business. $575 for 45 minutes worth of work???? Their original quoted price. Doctors don't make that much, only drug dealers and rip-off artists do....... Still don't have a receipt.
