The crew at Art Douglas are a cut above the rest! I recently had them stub out an outdoor underground natural gas line off the main for a fire pit and gas grill station. They also stubbed out an under ground water line for future outdoor sink. Jack went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and all permits pulled passed city inspections. I was impressed with Jack’s quality of work and willingness to ensure our expectations as customers were met. Can’t say Thank You enough for a job well done! It’s hard to find this level of Customer Service anymore. I’m a customer for life.

Tbh these guys are fantastic! We had an emergency situation and the plumber pulled up 35 minutes after we called. Not only was service super quick but our plumber Jerry also took the time to explain to someone like me that knows literally nothing about plumbing exactly what was going on and how he was going to fix it. Thanks again Jerry! :)

Mediocre prices , great encounter with staff and scheduling staff. My experience with Jerry from this company was outstanding , very knowledgeable and helpful . Instead of being lazy like other plumbing companies we had encountered , jerry fixed our main problem efficiently , and gave us better recommendations. Art Douglas has consistently shown efficiency, professionalism and friendliness, from the moment I make a call to the office, to the time the work is completed. Robert checked the toilet tank and within minutes gave me the cost, got the part needed from his truck and completed the replacement of the fill valve. Art Douglas and their technician Robert, have always been courteous and efficient.
