Roto-Rooter is an awesome company! They can handle all your plumbing needs. They always come immediately and are prompt in repairing the issue. In the past we have used them for clogged sinks but recently had a problem with the pressure on our hot water tank. Troy came right out, diagnosed the problem and we had hot water again in no time! We would recommend them over anyone else!

We had same day service even though it was not an emergency. James and Max are very friendly and got the job done fast. Everything was cleaned up nicely. We will definitely use these guys again.

Speaking as someone who actually lives in the area this business services, I couldn’t be happier. The 25 year old effluent pump on my septic system gave out. A friend who works for the maintenance department of a local college recommended these folks. They came out the day I called. They pumped out my tank which had never been serviced. They found out the problem and were back as soon as they got the parts to do the repair. They actually did it for less than they initially quoted me. Professional and respectful.

Roto-Rooter was fantastic! With a pending septic disaster, they quickly fixed my pump issue when other local plumbers did not have the knowledge to help. They were at my home promptly and did an excellent job. Thank you for your outstanding customer service! I will definitely recommend you to others! Can't thank you enough!!

We had a clog between our house and the sewer main. We paid another plumbing company to snake it. They charged us over $300 and the problem came back that same night. Roto-Rooter charged us a trip fee to come out to do our service, but they were worth it -- they used hydraulic jetting to clear the line, then went over every inch of the line from our house to the city main (and even a little bit beyond) with a camera to be sure the obstruction was removed and there were no remaining problems. The plumber was courteous, professional, and friendly and talked us through every step so we would understand what was going on. He pointed out some things in our plumbing that could cause problems later. It made a huge difference to feel certain at the end of the service that the problem was taken care of correctly.
