This company is beyond phenomenal. Had an emergency with the ejector (grinder) pump turning signal on in house and flipping the circuit breaker. It is apparently dying a slow death and water was to the top. I called Caroline Plumbing and spoke with Cathy. She immediately tells me to make sure I have switched off the pump at the board and to conserve water until they can get someone to look at it. Doug shows up and pulls the pump. He tests everything and explains how the pump works, maintenance, and issues with the system. He took the time to drain the entire thing right there on the spot. He explains the options to replace and the costs associated with each. This was the best service we have received since purchasing the home in this area. They even called back to check to make sure that we didn't have any overflow, flipping breakers, or alarms. Will continue to use this company because I trust them and the wonderful experience I had. Another company was going to charge me to pull the pump, to test the pump, and a lot of $$$ (cost just to pull the pump alone was ridiculous, not to mention installation of a new pump). Caroline Plumbing explained the charges and the best place to purchase the pump. This was the most honest company I've encountered since being here! Thanks so much for being available and getting it fixed. No alarm and we have a better pump installed now.

I called these people 4 times over a three day period and got a voicemail message. I left tem a message and they finally called me back. The man said that he wouldbe able to come over after my husband got up at noon. He said he would call me. He didn't call and I got ahold of his wife/secretary and she said he wouldn't be able to come because he got an emergency call. I was trying to tell her that I thought he should have called and told us that so ee wouldn't sit around waiting for him. She told me I was being rude and hung up on me. Lousy way to do business!
