Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had just moved into our home & experienced some emergency plumbing issues. So thankful that they offer a 24-hour service! We called right away, but this is where I would prefer to offer 4.5 stars instead of 5. The calls are friendly & quick, but your estimation times are really inaccurate, unfortunately. The day we had issues, we wanted to go to the store, but because of an 'estimated wait time' and needing to be around when they called, we were trapped at home for 4-5 hours. Aside from wait-times, the estimator came out & was extremely friendly. His name was Pete. He was a really personable gentleman, and offered us a lot of assistance with our questions about what was going on, and what our options were for what we needed to get done. He offered us his card, too, so that we could call him for any further questions or assistance, which I thought was really great. Our actual technician, Mike Brady, was also a top-notch guy. He was extremely friendly as well, and very willing to help us & be patient with us, as we had many questions for him, too, in regards to the work he was performing. He even walked us through it so we understood what happened & how we might possibly be able to prevent it from happening again. All in all, the experience was comforting, in regards to the customer service, and the actual workers that could help us out, with their knowledge & expertise, which is why I still offer 5 stars, instead of 4 for their wonky wait-times.

Great work done. Only downside is it was very expensive. Job took less than 10 minutes. Part cost $8. Labor was $240. So this job was $24 a minute. Seems a bit outrageous but do appreciate the work that was done. Looking back I probably should have tried to figure out the issue by myself. Thanks

My daughter had a sewer pipe bust in her front yard. Roto-rooter came out and found the broken pipe, temporarily fixed it and then sent a water clean-up person out and an estimator to determine the repair cost etc, all in the same day. Shawn, Mark and Peter were all very professional and helpful and very compassionate with what she was going through. They are even assisting with documentation for the insurance company with the cause of the break being from Cables that were run through the pipe. Thank you all very much.

Antonio was great !! within 15 minutes he had the slab jack hammered, and then 15mins later he found the leak! he was very professional very clean and extremely efficient, I planned to be here all day, but he was out at like 10:30am. Thanks again Antonio!!! Also Peter who also did the estimate was very forth coming about all that will be involved what I’m responsible for ,and the price that can be expected. Thanks again guys for all your help!

James is AWESOME!!! He unclogged my drain line, cleaned the bathroom,and even leveled my toilet so it's not wobbly anymore. He also tighten my shower drain to stop leaking. Would definitely recommend him specifically for any plumbing work,he was very polite and professional.
