We called Advantage after my mom's sump pump stopped working and the basement flooded in Princeton, WV. The water heater was ruined from the flooded basement. They came out after lunch, assessed the situation, picked up new sump pump & water heater, and had BOTH installed before dinner. We were ecstatic with how quickly they got everything back in working order, and with how kind, polite and professional Robert, Jonce & their helper were. Superb workmanship. Timely. Professional. I just can't brag on them enough! Very pleased!!! We will definitely call them if we have another plumbing issue. Highly recommend to anyone in the 2 Virginia's. ????
