Going from noticing a broken water heater to having it fixed in 2 hours. I called Gene, I assume he's the G in the company name, at 7:30 AM about water heater issues. He was at my place at 8:15 AM, gave me the options I have, no up-sells, no gimmicks, just what I asked for. We made a 2 PM appointment for the water heater swap, he was there on time, took him and his helper 1hr. Done, no mess, but hot water! That's how it should be.
