They were willing to help me out of a jam.

The technicians were called to defrost my HVAC unit and add freeon. Instead of doing this work immediately. They extended the service time from a one and half hour job to a 3 hour job. Their main concern was to sell me a new unit for 6K. After repeatedly asking to settle up my bill they still had not serviced the unit with the freeon. They stalled their work to increase time on the job. They did not put the freeon in the unit until 3 hrs after they ran the clock up. I felt gouged. I would not recommend them.

Some people think heroes fly around in capes. Nope, they drive work trucks and show up to your house on a Friday evening with their plumbing tools ready to save the day.

Called for help after hours. They called and were on site fixing the problem by 9 am the next day.

I have used the services of Harry Plumbing and Heating several times! Knowledge of personnel is outstanding and service performed quickly and expertly. Great Company!!!
