Mr. Stephen's did a fantastic job when my husband and I bought our new home! He was quick and efficient in replacing our old hot water heater with our new one! Not only that, but he went above and beyond connecting us with a resource to have a water purification installed as well. His tact, personable and professional demeanor, and overall great work, was very much appreciated and I highly recommend his buisness for any and all your plumbing needs!
Where do I start...This man waits til the day of the scheduled job (which was scheduled a week in advance) to tell me that he didn’t want to dig because he couldn’t find the sewer line. Well, for starters, he was supposed to call Ms Utility to mark the lines of the sewer, water, gas; he didn’t. He said he did but Ms Utility Servicing Company proved that was a lie. It boils down to the fact that he didn’t want to hand dig the job and didn’t want to admit it. But worst of all, he waited til the day of the job to call and make excuses. Now that pushes me back 2 weeks on finishing the project because of Stephens Plumbing. I highly recommend you choose another company. This company is overpriced for the lack of quality of services they provide.
Had someone come out to our residence to check out a potential leak coming from our master bedroom bathroom and also a faucet leak coming from the main bathroom. It was clear this individual did not want to be bothered or have time to fix simple household plumbing needs that my elderly parents cannot tend to. Don't waste your time. Go with another plumbing service who wants your business or at least ACTS like they want your business. I would give zero stars if I could and I plan to spread the word to all of my local friends and colleagues here in Mechanicsville.
We've been working with this plumber for years on service calls to a 13,000 sq ft clubhouse. They always get it right! They make every effort to respond the day of the service call, the techs are on time and the work is done in a professional manner at a fair cost. Would recommend!
