Referred to by my home warranty (American Home Shield) = FAIL!! Madison, or whomever is at the front desk is RUDE, as well as the technician. The manager booked my appointment, then reschedule it for a time I was uncertain about due to having a military class. The manger booked my appointment for 10am-2pm, I told her I would be getting home from my class at a little after 10am, she stated that would be fine. However, the technician arrived earlier than expected, and stated he would leave at 10am. When I contacted the office, of course the Manager is not there, and Madison is rude. I was able to get out of my class early and contacted the technician and told him I could be there by 1010, he agreed. When I got home, he was not there and did not pick up the phone nor returned my calls. Ultimately, I got out of class early and rushed home to NO technician. Contacted the company again, and of course no response. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Do NOT use them. They came out because of my home warranty company (AHS). The plumber stated that it was a drain issue on an upstairs tub but that we would need to have a contract remove drywall and light fixture before he would fix it. Had a separate contractor come out to remove drywall but not the light fixture. Plumber came out and still wouldn't do work because he said it wasn't to code -- but that he could fix that for $1,500!!! This ended up being a USAA claim and the overseeing contractor company as well as another plumbing company come out. Both stated that Patriot Plumbing was completely wrong about the diagnosis as well as the code issue. Showed me the full crack in the pipe (nowhere near the drain that Patriot stated), fixed is quickly and easily. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!

Referred by my home warranty, they showed up two days after being contacted. Once arrived, the gentleman had three easy jobs. (1) repair leak under sink [$5 part], (2) replace diverter stem in shower [$8 part], (3) and unclog downstairs tub [hours work at most]. After 20 minutes of "work" the diverter was not fixed, not unclogged, and the sink was repaired. He left telling my wife that the clog was going to cost an additional $500 not covered by the warranty and he couldn't fix the diverter without flooding our home. I knew this was BS so we got the warranty company to send another plumber and within 30 minutes ALL problems fixed and the gentleman showed my wife everything needed. No additional $ needed. Patriot was trying to scam my family, NOT at all patriotic. Never using them and doing everything in my power to stop this unlawful company from ripping others off.

My shower handle broke in my master bath. My home warranty got a hold of Patriot Pumbing and they arrived promptly the next morning. Steven arrived and fixed the broken stem, but told me since the hot cold stop was missing we would need to cut into the wall and replace the entire valve, estimated cost $450 that would not be covered by the home home warranty. I told him I was almost certain the missing piece was available in replacement kits, but he told me it wasn't and the entire valve would need to be replaced. I told him I would look for the part myself and he left. 1 google search, a trip to AJ plumbing supply for $9.60, and 5 minutes of labor and I fixed the handle. DON'T BOTHER CALLING THEM!! I understand the upsell in any business, but this just seemed like a con.
