We used them 4 years ago to fix a plumbing problem that another plumber (via our Home Warranty company) could not diagnose. Alan came out and had the problem diagnosed and FIXED in very little time. Recently one of their electricians, Jay, came out to fix a couple of items and had them both done in less than an hour. Also, we needed some last minute paperwork for the sale of our house, and the owner sent it out within 24 hours of notice. Excellent service and they KNOW their trade!
