Fixed our toilet after it wouldn't flush. Also was able to fix a leaky pipe inside that shuts our outside water off on the house. Professional, gave us a quote before he started the work, cleaned up everything after they were done. Would use again.

We bought a "new" old house and as soon as we moved in the disposal on our sink stopped working. Called Mark in the morning, was out to our house that afternoon, installed a new one, and now we're back up and running. Price seemed good, overall great experience.

I called yesterday for an estimate/some information. Whoever answered the phone was the rudest person I've ever spoken to. Made me feel like a moron because I didn't know 'plumber-speak.' Yes, that's why I'm calling a plumber - because I don't know. Needless to say, I didn't use their service and will be going to their competitor. If you can't get customer service right on the phone, why would I assume you would at my house?
