They damaged the AC unit and have not repaired it. We had them come out for an annual inspection. The inspection shows everything as good however the technician shorted the condenser motor on exit. The second technician diagnosed it as shorted and the breaker tripped. They decided to present a $4100 proposal to correct their mistake but they don't plan on paying it.
These guys are great. They always call before they arrive, they arrive when they say they will, and they are unfailingly polite and professional. They even where those nice little shoe covers in my house (and take them off when they go into the attic, so they don't track dust back down). The rates also are reasonable, and the service, so far as we can tell, is great.
