SOS Plumbing

I agree with the other review. Alan is a golden find. I had a water heater start leaking a couple of days ago. The main plumbing company in town couldn't get to it until 5 days later. Alan Perot came to my rescue. I bought the water heater from Desert Industrial Supply and they also highly recommended Alan. Labor rates were awesome. Is he licensed ? YES !!! I am definitely using him again. 7/9/2019 And I did. The water heater leaked a little. Flex line, luckily it was today, he just got restocked. A lot of houses had the same problem. I called today, in the morning, he was here at the time he said he'd be. We now have hot water after the 6.4 and 7.1 earthquakes. Because the water heater was installed properly, it was an easy fix.

I had a drain that was “mickey moused” together that started leaking. I knew it was more than I wanted to handle so I called my handyman. He didn’t want anything to do with it. Called SOS, he came out within 2 hours, took a look at it, kind of shook his head and said no problem. He redone it in no time, and was very reasonable. He will be my go to guy for any plumbing problems I may have.

SOS Plumbing was fantastic. They were able to come by within hours of calling for a quote, which was as low or lower than the other plumbers in town. The job was tougher than I had hoped (and more than what I had asked for in the initial quote), but the additional expense was far lower than I had expected when I authorized the extra work it took to fix the problem. I would definitely use SOS again.

Thank you Alan for coming out as soon as you did. My wife and I have used you now for over 5 years and we are thankful to you for always fixing our problems with our rental properties. Keep up the good work .
