Awesome service hands down, the best I have used in our county!!!! When the other local companies could not give me a hard date and kept saying we will get to it before your closing, when the closing date crept up I needed immediate service and Miller’s came through. I would strongly recommend them first in Gloucester county. Thank you for your excellent service.

This company knows how to make things happen! Heather in the office did a phenomenal job taking care of me. We were on a tight time line & she was able to make things happen. I would recommend Miller’s to anyone who’s in need of the services they provide. You will not be disappointed. So thankful for you all!!!

I've been using them for a little over a year now and so far so good. They are very friendly and very knowledgeable. 4 star rating because they are a little pricey.

Unfortunately after years of loyal service they have disappointed us. We have always used them. Prior to the appointment I spoke to the technician and asked him to call if there were ant issues. This was a typical inspection for the sale our a house. They never called and the inspection came back stating that they could not find the drain field. They never called to check in which is disappointing since I could have pointed them to the drain field. When I called for an explanation the person made excuses for the technician and said they spent 30 minutes over their typical time. If you used the same company to install new parts and maintain your system you would think they could find the drain field or at least call. I don't mind mistakes, but a simple apology would have sufficed. Very disappointing.

I am very pleased with the service I received. I had an alarm call over the weekend and they answered the phone right away took my message and had a Miller's service representative call me back to advise me that the technician would call me when he was on the way and he did just that. The technician,William was very professional,courteous and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem and explained what happen to cause the alarm to go off. The next day I received a call from a Miller's representative to ask how everything turn out. I would highly recommend anyone to call them for services they offer. Excellent Company.
