Seth has done several jobs for us. He is dependable, trustworthy, honest and thorough. It's nice to have a plumber that you can completely trust and who does great work.

We had Butler plumbing (Seth) install a faucet for our kitchen sink. It is the kind with sensors that can turn the water on and off automatically so it is more complicated than a standard faucet. When making the appointment, the woman I spoke with was very helpful and clear about what to expect. Seth showed up on time and got it installed in a reasonable amount of time. He did a good job and ensured I was happy with the installation before putting his tools away. Also, on a previous occasion, Seth replaced two cartridges in two bathroom showers. He did an excellent job at that time, as well. He even showed me the tricks to doing it properly so I could attempt it if I ever had to replace the one in our third bathroom. Overall, I would definitely recommend Butler plumbing. They seemed honest and sincere...and made sure I was happy with the work before handing me the bill. I may also add their charges are reasonable and in-line with other companies I called for estimates. I will continue to use Butler plumbing in the future if the need arises.
