I am on attempt number 5 at getting a Dishwasher installed. Each time the installer tells me something different was wrong and that I had to get it fixed. On attempt 4 I told them they are installing it no matter what. I got everything fixed they had said. We get the dishwasher installed and the dishwasher starts spraying water everywhere!!! The technician says they can have a new one out and installed in 3 days. Fast forward to 3 days and replacing the dishwasher...guess what???? They can’t install the dishwasher without something being fixed. Do NOT use this service!!! If it takes you 5 attempts to install a dishwasher...This ain’t for you.

Delivery and installation service was abysmal. I ordered a refrigerator to be delivered after my old one died suddenly.The earliest available delivery appointment was 4 days later, so bought coolers and took time off work to be home for the delivery. I waited through the whole 4 hour delivery window, but the truck never arrived. When I called the store, I was told that they had tried to deliver, but no one was home, which was clearly a lie. The customer service person promised to have someone call me the next day, but no one did. I called the store two more times the next day and was promised a call back each time, but finally had to go into the store after work to get anyone's attention. By that time, the delivery company had already gone home for the day. By they time they were able to reschedule my appointment, the next available delivery time was a full week after the originally scheduled appointment and they wouldn't even allow me to schedule an appointment that would work with my schedule. I am going to have to wait until the day before for my delivery window to be assigned and would have to reschedule AGAIN if they pick a time at which I can't get off work. I am still uncertain when, if ever, I will have a refrigerator again. The only bright spot of the whole experience was that 2 days after the initial delivery date, Dorcas offered to have a loaner refrigerator delivered for me to use until they can deliver the one I ordered.

So... There's a commercial on network TV that has a couple in a huge store (green labels to save embarrassment) asking "is there anyone who can help us???" This commercial was shot at HD in South Riding. Yes, there are two great workers... That is all. Sorry. I love HD, but from now on, when I am spending $400 on a saw, I will NOT be shopping at this location. Manager is great, and very apologetic. So I asked a hardware question, and one that required assistance: I received an email stating the help is available m-f at the store if I needed further assistance. Lol.
