I had a great experience with this company, my A/C unit bit the dust after 18 years and had to be replaced. John Nugent & Sons came out and surveyed the situation and gave me recommendations and several options and we settled on a unit at a very fair price (I know because I got 3 other quotes as well). We were in a heat wave so they loaned me a window unit a/c to get me by until they could come for installation which was helpful. The day of installation they arrived on time and the 2 installers were very professional and knowledgeable, they did a great job cleaned up and and were out in about 4 hours. I don't write reviews often but from my experience I can highly recommend this company. I'm a very happy and very cool customer now thanks to my new A/C.

Excellent AC installation at our home. Bryan and his crew were friendly, professional and helpful in telling us all the ins and outs of the new system. Neighbors have recommended Nugent, and we second that vote.

Mr Jason Yim was most professional. Politely handled all AC issues, explaining all aspects of the much needed repair. He is very well trained and he exercised a strong work ethic. Mr Yim is an excellent example of the intelligence and strength diversity brings to our Falls Church neighborhood. Nugent & Sons is lucky to have him!

We had John Nugent & Sons do some electrical and plumbing when we first moved into our house. The plumbing work was fine but we found another issue after they left that I think they should have identified while here. Also we had several electrical jobs done and were unimpressed. Part of the electrical work was an estimate to hook up a stove. Matt gave us an estimate over $1,000, which really surprised us so we didn’t have the work done. We later had two other companies come estimate it at closer to $200. We were glad we shopped around.

Spotless installation on time and on budget. Friendly and professional. We needed a new AC and they fit the right product for the zone.
