Called Interstate to deal with an unexpected broken underground pipe while on vacation. The entire company was professional from the start. Eric talked me through options after quickly visiting the house. The subsequent work was fast and professional. We are very happy with Interstate's customer service, workmanship, and follow-up. Highly recommend to anyone needing their services.

Absolutely fantastic work by Jose and his team at our very difficult water line replacement in Leesburg, VA. Guys encountered a 500-600 lb boulder under our garage slab that could not be penetrated by the directional bore equipment. They spent a large number of hours with jack hammer chiseling away the large rock to permit the bore to clear and the new water line to be run. Prior to work being done, I was very impressed by Erik and the time he spent to explain the complexity of the job and the requirements to avoid power, gas, sewer, and cable lines. Very pleased with estimate given and work performed!

This company did an exceptional job for a great price. I would definitely hire them again. I hired Interstate Plumbing to hydroblast a drainage system that I have at my house in Arlington. It was a drain in my driveway that had become impacted with dirt and roots and was not working at all. Their crew was amazing. They worked diligently until the job was done. Their price was better than the other bids I received and their work was way above par. The guys were were friendly and even gave me free advice on how to repair something else and even told me where I could buy the supplies to complete the job on my own.

Would highly recommend using this company. I had only been living in my new home for three days (which had just been completely renovated inside and out) my basement flooded, so you can imagine I was a wreck. I had a plumber come out to do an initial assessment which was that I had a collapsed/broken sewer line right at the foundation of my house. I contacted Interstate and Erik came out the very next day to meet with me. Erik was very friendly and communicated a few options depending on what exactly they found after starting the work. Erik made me feel like problem was just as important for him to address as it was for me. Having just moved into the home and dealing with all the financial aspects he understood how stressful this was for me to have to deal with so quickly after moving in. Erik worked with me to get on the schedule all while considering the impacts it had/would have for me until it was remedied. Interstate could have began the work the very next business day but taking into account the holiday and the county being closed I was advised to schedule the work when it could be fixed, inspected and completed within a days timeframe. The crew was very knowledgeable and friendly and got the work completed in 24 hours. One of the hardest things to watch was digging up my front yard as it had just been landscaped prior to moving in. The crew did an amazing job of putting everything back the way it was and you can’t even tell that there had been a large hole the day before. Throughout the process Erik was always available to answer any questions I had, and never made me feel like I was a burden. I would most certainly use Interstate again (hopefully not anytime soon – no offense guys – fingers crossed I can go at least a couple more years in my home without any major issues) and would recommend to anyone looking for the entire package/experience. Often times this type of work can be stressful, time consuming and costly and Interstate was extremely helpful throughout it all!
