Jonathan Davis was great. He was cheerful and courteous. I didn't even have to ask him to put shoe covers on! He was also very professional and competent. His attention to detail was excellent (zip ties for cable management!) and made sure everything was clean and neat. Great great experience. 100% recommend to anyone who needs their service.
Marv Johnson was amazing. Very friendly and solved the issue within less than two hours. I highly recommend Rotoscoped-Rooter I believe the evaluation he gave us was fair for the work that needed to be done. I would request Marv again if issues were to arise.
John and Matt did a great job for me today. They were timely and helpful, even cutting me a break on the cost of the auger. They were thorough and tested the flush multiple times to be sure it was all clear. I told them that short of Roto-Rooter sending me a Hooter Girl to clear the clog, they were all I could hope for.
Garbage disposal didn't work this morning so we called that morning. Less than an hour later, a couple of employees, Jonathan and Matt, showed up at the house to fix it. It only took them a few minutes and was affordable. There were no gimmicks or extra costs tacked on. They were very upfront with everything and were extremely pleasurable to interact with. My husband and I quite enjoyed the conversation and company of these two gentlemen. Great personalities and very polite and professional!
I've used Roto-Rooter may times and they continue to be great. Easy to get an appointment, show up on time, plumbers are awesome and very helpful. One thing that would make them even better: basic electrical skills, ability to test a switch to see if power is flowing. I recently had an issue with a leak and my disposal died. I assumed the disposal shorted out due to the leak. The plumber fixed the leak, swapped in a new disposal...and then discovered there was no power going to the unit. We eventually realized the switch to the disposal was bad (switches go bad?). He referred me to an electrician, who was also great, but if the plumber had the piece of equipment and know-how to test the switch himself, it might have saved me $800 and his time spent swapping out a disposal that (we'll never know) may not have been bad. Nevertheless, I would use them again!
