They are very dependable and respond even on the weekend. Helped me even save money by replacing my broken watter heater burner and taking the replacement, that I got on the warranty later for the credit.
Dave and his guys are great! We had trouble with an ejector pump and had three other sets of plumbers over with little luck. Dave diagnosed the problem over the phone, and his guys fixed it in an hour.
Horrible customer service, we were a loyal customer for over 10 years. They misdiagnosed an issue with my kitchen sink, refused to admit their mistake and they were extremely rude about it. We ended up fixing the problem ourselves.
