I wouldn’t recommend this company to no one .. they charge me $435.00 and did not fixed the problem.. the manager was very impolite he hang the phone on me while I was talking.. I was calling the office and let them know that the problem was not fixed.. they will take my information and never called.
I needed emergency service around midnight and Nate came to resolve the issue immediately. He was professional, kind, courteous and taught me a lot in his short visit. I will definitely be using Smart Services going forward.

Outrageous prices! Charged me $458 for two hours of "troubleshooting" a problem. Didn't even do any work, just diagnosed it! The price they wanted to then do the work was twice what I am paying another plumber. They have totally outrageous pricing, beware!
My 5 year old generator was not working and Smart Services sent an excellent tech out to troubleshoot it. He found the problem right away and gave outstanding service. The response was quick, the price was very reasonable and we now use them for all of our technical challenges. Great Job! Smart!
