The technician (Shane Byrd) essentially held me hostage by saying that I needed refrigerant at a cost of $220 per pound. I know a guy who only charges $75 per pound, so I was just going to call him, but Shane said that he will remove the part that he fixed IF I don't agree to the refrigerant. Then when he added it, I asked how much it took, because I wasn't confident that it needed any. His response was essentially that he didn't know, but knew it wasn't more than a pound. I have no way of knowing if it truly needed refrigerant or was it a way to getting me to pay more money. I never found out just how much was needed and don't trust that this guy told me the truth. Also, when he replaced the capacitor, it didn't fit right, so he used a piece of cardboard to make it more snug in the AC unit. I questioned this, since I know it gets really hot in this outside unit AND the wetness could make it disintegrate. At the end, he made me sign online documents and I just wanted him gone by this time, so I signed without him truly explaining to me what I was signing. After the fact, I saw that one of them stated that I was fully satisfied with the visit. Lastly, i did their online survey and haven't received ANY calls from the office to try and make things right. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I was impressed by everyone who works for this company. They are punctual, knowledgeable, and have the best interests of their customers in mind. The technicians who worked on my sewer pipe problem worked extremely hard to find an effective and economical solution to my situation. I will recommend this company to all my friends.

Harry identified the problem quickly and explained how it should be corrected. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was very accommodating as I was on conference calls during my interactions with him. He also explained future options for replacement of my water heater for my information.

Michael Dailey arrived on time. He was polite, friendly and professional. He diagnosed my plumbing problem quickly and solved the problem efficiently. He also took the time to explain everything to me. I will request Michael as my technician if I have plumbing needs in the future.
