We called Plumb Crazy based on a friend's recommendation, and could not have been happier with the service we received for the price we paid. Daniel was punctual, professional and patient. He explained the cause of our issue and suggested remedies, including his recommendation. He was very thorough and neat. He also addressed unrelated plumbing issues I raised while he was there and was able to fix those. I am happy to say we found a new plumbing company if/when we need it!

When my hot water heater was leaking this morning, I put in a call to Plumb Crazy. They gave me instructions immediately on how to turn off the gas and water to the device, then dispatched a technician within 4 hours. The technician Daniel D. was very professional, courteous, and answered all questions in easy to understand terms. He fixed the issue quickly and cleaned up everything from the repair. I cannot recommend Plumb Crazy enough. If you need a plumber, go to these guys. 7/3/19 Update: Daniel D. did it again! The front hose bib spigot fell off our house. Daniel from Plumb Crazy came out within days and not only repaired the spigot and inside piping with quality materials, he put the drywall cutout back in its place on the inside as well! Plumb Crazy is the complete professional plumbing service that provides excellent explanations and top-notch QUALITY work.

This is my first experience with Plumb Crazy, Inc. I called and made an appointment with Jess, who was extremely pleasant. I didn't have to wait days for an appointment. The plumber, Daniel, came to the house and was more than willing to tell me exactly what was going on and how he was going to fix the problem. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction, did the work quickly and did a great job. Very happy with my experience.

We live in Lansdowne and had small job (master bedroom faucets). Contact a couple of plumbing company in the area. I spoke with Jess who is professional and easy to communicate with from the beginning. Jess was patience answering the questions we asked. Scheduling was easy. We dealt with Daniel on the day. He was running early and called to see if we were ok if he come earlier that the time block. Daniel was also professional and easy to talk to during time he was at our house. He diagnosed and fixed our minor issue right away. Daniel also offered to see if there are any other plumbing issues that he can help with and patiently answered questions. As long as we live in this area we will continue to use Plumb Crazy for all our plumbing need big or small. Highly recommend!!

I always try to give the local guys a chance and I'm glad I did. Had them come out for an estimate to replace a whole-house pressure regulator. They were ~$125 cheaper and were able to replace it on the spot. Knowledgeable, competitive prices, and good work. Would definitely recommend.
