Draft electric used to be a quality service. I had them do a ton of work for me over the years. I dont know why but they have changed. Will schedule appointments and not show up. 3 times they did this. 3 missed days from work. I am not in the habbit of putting down businesses especially local ones. Then charged me for a 75 dollar fee. (For what) i dont know if they are overbooked or become greedy. 20 years ago the put in A/C in for my grandmother in law and did it for the cost of the unit. (Their cost) No labor. That was a huge act of kindness. It saddens me their business practices have come to this. Hopefully they will come back. But I highly doubt it. I think they are surviving on their old rep. I actually paid extra to get them to do my furnace, 13 years ago. Cause I believed in their craftsman ship. The good ones must have retired. So disappointed.

Draft Electric & Plumbing Services called my wife on Wed. 8/2 and told my wife they would go out to look at a AC for her on Thurs. 8/3 or Fri. 8/4. The AC lines had been cut and my wife made it clear to Draft Electric that homeowners insurance needed a confirmation of the vandalism from them and they would cover the repairs. She didn't hear anything back from Draft Electric so my wife called back on Tues. 8/8 and they had not went out to the house like they said they would and didn't bother to call and let us know either. John, the man she talked to when she called Draft Electric back on Tues 8/8 said they might get out there that week that the house was just "sitting empty". The phone also cut off when she was talking to John and he did not bother to call my wife back. The house was "sitting empty" but we were trying to get it ready to sell. We also wanted it repaired for the workers that were going to be there repairing the house due to the damage from someone going in and vandalizing not only the AC but the house. After talking to John from Draft Electric on Tues. 8/8 my wife contacted someone else about having the AC repaired, they called her back on Wed. 8/9 and told her they would have someone out to look at it on Thurs. 8/10 and they did what they said they would do and had someone out to look at it the day they said they would. The workers started repairing the damage to the rest of the house on Thurs. 8/10. My wife and I felt like John at Draft Electric did not make fixing the AC a priority because the house was just "sitting empty" but we were trying to get everything repaired so that we could get the house sold. Getting repairs done in a timely fashion is very important, even in a house just "sitting empty" when you are trying to put it on the market.
