Cox Construction & Plumbing

We heard positive reviews about Cox Construction, and wanted to give them a try. They came out in January to inspect our home, and told us that they would give us an estimate within 4 weeks. We didn't hear back in that time, and so we called to check to see if the estimate was ready, and were told that someone would be in contact with us soon. A month later we called again, but to no avail - they again told us they'd get back to us. It is now April and we still have not heard back from them. All this was only for a cost estimate - we cannot imagine giving Cox our business to take on an actual project, let alone in a timely manner.

Had them come out to replace a well pump last year they didnt even have what they need to pull the poly tube pipe out I had to do it. They quoted me $1800 for the pipe pump and labor. 30 days later got the bill for $2700. No wonder they live in them big homes ripping people off

Had a guy come out to look over my basement and give me an estimate for adding a full bathroom in the basement and finish the basement for a play room has been 7 weeks still no estimate they are just to busy for the little guys................................thanks anyway THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY but no I will not be calling I had it done by someone else. I know you are busy and little jobs are over looked or passed by but that's ok there is always someone else out there looking for work. Have a great day and thanks again.

Poor communication in setting up appointments and over $250 later problem still not fixed. Called to set up another appointment that THEY cancelled and never heard back even after I called them again. Went with Clearwater plumbing who promptly got the job done.
