Smitty's Plumbing & Mech Contractor

I've used Smitty's 3 times now and have been very pleased each time. Mike is fair, flexible, knowledgeable and his prices are extremely competitive. I'd much rather opt for less structure (in terms of how appointments are made) for a lower price versus paying higher rates so he can supplement additional overhead. He's a 1 person show, with a great heart, hard to find these days.

Evidently, Smitty's Plumbing & Mech Contractor has tremendous difficulty understanding the concept of APPOINTMENTS. Our appointment with this company was for 2 pm. They did not show up. When we called them, they said that they did come but no one was home. Our neighbors informed us that they had arrived at 12:30 (an hour and a half in advance). The company did not bother to call us and reschedule the appointment and made it sound like we were the ones who were not available for our appointment even though the appointment was for 2 pm not 12:30 pm. What is the point of making an appointment if the representatives can arrive anytime it is convenient for them?
