An all-around great experience working with Precision Plumbing, from start to finish. Polite, professional, prompt; with a focus on quality and value. I have a variety of plumbing issues at my vacation home, ranging in scope and urgency. Jeff was thorough in talking through each project with me, answering all my questions, and covering pros and cons of options (e.g., replacement versus repair.) I am happy with the work performed and will continue to use Precision Plumbing in the future.

They do great work! They were able to come right out and fix our problem. They are very reasonably priced for the excellent job they do. My favorite part is how their employees are very knowledgeable and respectful. Their office manager is very professional and can help you with any and all questions that you have.

Very prompt and courteous. The only issue I had was their confusion about communicating price. They charge $100 to come to site and I was told they do not charge an hourly labor rate, but after completion they charged a $224.00 "installation fee". Buyer beware!

We used Precision Plumbing though American Home Shield, our home warranty company. We had a water heater start to leak. Precision contacted us same day as our claim was presented, arrived next day with a replacement, had it installed quickly and kept me posted by phone!

Was very professional to the very fullest, Showed up on time and even finished in a timely fashion with a great follow up after leaving, great experience i highly recommend them to family and friends great to have them when in need of great service.
