J H Self Plumbing

I called on a Sunday morning at 10:30 am. A lady answered, I ask is this Self's plumbing. Yes she replied, I explained I had a huge problem and asked if they work today. She says no and hangs up. I never had the opportunity to say that our main line broke in the house or we were in a hotel due to the flooding. It did not need repaired today, I wanted to make an appointment, since our insurance adjuster has not came yet. Keeping business local. I do not recommend.
